In 2009, Philip Lavigne, aged only 23, founded SOSlocation, based in Laprairie, Qc.

SOSlocation is moving
In 2015, the equipment fleet is growing, SOSlocation had no choice but to get more space. The company moved to St-Jean-sur-Richelieu.

SOSlocation is moving again
In 2017, SOSlocation moved to Longueuil, Quebec, to occupy a strategic position.

Major strategic change
In 2017, SOSlocation decided to diversify its equipment fleet by importing different tracked equipment in order to meet the specific needs of its customers.

SOSlocation becomes SOSEQUIPMENT
The goal of this rebrand is to better reflect the company's vision and strategy.
