Your role

Does client contact, fieldwork, and challenges resonate with your DNA? Do you want to get moving, convince, and build lasting relationships? Does the world of construction and machinery speak to you?

The Business Development Representative is responsible for promoting and developing aerial equipment rental services to existing and potential clients. They ensure quality customer service, identify new business opportunities, and actively contribute to the company's growth. This role combines prospecting, account management, and personalized support to meet clients' equipment needs.

Your daily life

  • Maintain human and personalized contact with your existing client base (before, during, and after service)
  • Identify new business opportunities by actively engaging with potential clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, because good trust can't be bought, it's earned!
  • Clearly and effectively showcase the benefits and unique features of our exclusive products
  • Prepare submissions and reservations in the system
  • Participate in performance meetings and adjust the strategy as needed
  • Ensure human and continuous service, from the first contact through after-sales support.
  • Attend events (Tree Festival, association golf, exhibitions, etc.)
  • Participate in various missions related to the position

Profile required

  • 5 years of experience in the sales and equipment sector
  • Ability to work independently while optimizing time management
  • Motivated by the results and a desire to exceed sales targets
  • Don't shake hands to build a lasting business relationship
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bilingual
