Located in Longueuil, SOSEQUIPMENT specializes in the rental and sale of lifting and handling equipment. The company also offers its customers repair and maintenance of equipment, transport service, as well as training to obtain an operator card.
The mechanic, under the responsibility of the mechanical supervisor, ensures that checks are carried out, diagnostics are issued and mechanical repairs and maintenance work are carried out.

- Schedule Monday to Friday, daytime (with flexibility); 40 to 45 hours depending on the needs of the company
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Inspect and diagnose equipment upon return of rental and shipment
- Carry out the necessary maintenance and adjustments for adequate and safe restoration
- Repair of equipment in the workshop following your diagnosis (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical)
- Test repaired equipment to ensure proper operation before returning to rental
- Identify parts required to perform repairs or maintenance
- Complete various documents (work order, inspection reports, etc.)
- All other related tasks
If you have, this profile provides your CV: **Equivalent experience or training will be taken into consideration**
- DEP in construction machinery mechanics / heavy equipment / electromechanics / automobile mechanics / industrial or equivalent
- Have more than 5 years of experience on lifting and handling equipment, heavy equipment (nacelle, platform)
- Analysis and diagnostic capacity (electrical, hydraulic, electronic, mechanical)
- Resourcefulness and organizational skills
- Rigorous, professional and keen to offer quality work
- Interest and ability to work in a team in a dynamic SME
