SOSEQUIPMENT specializes in the rental and sale of lifting and handling equipment. The company also offers its customers repair, maintenance and equipment parts services as well as transport and training services for obtaining an operator card.

The sales and rental coordinator, under the responsibility of the Sales Director, ensures that they collaborate effectively in the development of the company's business by being attentive to the management of opportunities, the increase in sales, follow-ups , prospecting and monitoring competition prices. In addition, she will enter customer agreements into the system as well as all other administrative tasks related to the sale and rental of new and used equipment as well as business development.

  • Schedule Monday to Friday (with flexibility); 40h week

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team (support)
  • Maintaining and tracking opportunities in the Sales Pipeline (CRM) table
  • First contact and follow-up with customers and their requests
  • Composition of new and used sales quotes
  • Complete administrative management of the financing aspect with our various partners and clients
  • Researches equipment for sale
  • Transfer of rental opportunity requests to representatives
  • Weekly dispatch of new projects in target sectors (SEAO and CCD)
  • Ensure consistency of SOS inventory in real time
  • Setting up customer agreements and system entries: sales and rentals (end of agreement)
  • Maintaining and updating the SOS Equipment customer list
  • Maintenance of sales and rental prices in POR (strategic monitoring)
  • Collaboration on the sales team's CRM project
  • 360 after-sales service and support for representatives

If you have this profile submit your CV:

  • DEP – Sales advice or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with customer service
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of construction machinery/equipment
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • B2B sales experience
  • Increased knowledge of lifting equipment and machinery
  • Great ability to manage multiple files at once
  • Great ease with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Analytical and results-oriented mind
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service
  • The taste of demonstrating your expertise and professionalism
  • Rigor and always ready to help his team
