Schmalz Vacuum lifting device VacuMaster Glass 1000

THE VacuMaster Glass 1000 is the ideal lifting device for safely handling glass parts outdoors. It is suspended from a construction crane and can effortlessly lift loads of up to 1000 kg, both horizontally and vertically. Parts can be rotated 90°, rotated 360° and fixed in 45° increments. The pivoting process can be accelerated or slowed down by manual adjustment of the lowering cylinder. Thanks to its modular design and easily pluggable components, the lifting device can be adapted to different workpiece dimensions. The “vacuum on/off” function can be controlled by two push buttons on the device or, optionally, by a radio remote control.
