Located in Longueuil, SOSEQUIPMENT specializes in the rental and sale of lifting and handling equipment. The company also offers its customers repair and maintenance of equipment, transport service, as well as training to obtain an operator card.

  • The workplace is located in Longueuil
  • Access to the company bonus plan
  • Schedule Monday to Friday (with flexibility); 40h week

The internal rental representative, under the responsibility of the Sales Director, ensures that we collaborate effectively in the company's business development by being attentive to the management of opportunities, as well as by offering human service to our customers by offering innovative products!

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone calls for equipment rental requests
  • Carry out prospecting and cold calling
  • Process rental requests from emails
  • Advise the customer by identifying their equipment/transport needs
  • If necessary, produce quotes and follow up with clients
  • Have the client complete the necessary documentation (file opening)
  • Ensure exceptional customer support and service throughout the transaction (before, during and after)

  • Ensure communication and support with the mechanical workshop manager in order to prioritize equipment availability as well as delivery times.
  • Work as a team with other departments
  • Inventory verification and validation (keep list up to date)
  • Any other related task

If you have this profile submit your CV:

  • DEP – Sales advice or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service in a rental center, machinery or in a similar position
  • B2B sales experience
  • Increased knowledge of lifting equipment and machinery
  • Great ability to manage several files at once, likes to direct one's energies into action
  • Proactive; ease of getting into solution mode
  • Great ease with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Analytical and results-oriented mind
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service on a human level
  • The taste of demonstrating your expertise and professionalism
  • Rigor and always ready to help his team
  • Bilingual
